What types of storage units do you offer?
We offer both climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled storage units, as well as outdoor storage for boats, RVs, and vehicles. All indoor units have 8-foot ceilings and drive-up access is available on most.

What is climate-controlled storage, and do I need it?
Climate-controlled units maintain a consistent internal temperature and are recommended for sensitive items such as wood furniture, electronics, artwork, documents, and anything that could be damaged by heat, humidity, or cold.
What can I store in a non-climate-controlled unit?
These units are great for general items like furniture, appliances, tools, boxes, holiday decorations, business inventory, and more. Items that don’t require temperature regulation will do well in these units.
Can I store a vehicle or boat?
Yes. We offer outdoor storage spaces for cars, trucks, RVs, boats, trailers, and more. These spaces are located within our gated and monitored facility.
Rentals, Billing & Policies
How do I rent a unit?
You can rent a unit by calling (417) 339-3333 or emailing us directly. We’ll walk you through available sizes and pricing, and help you get set up — often on the same day.
How soon can I move in?
Often the same day. If we have your unit size available, we can get your rental processed quickly and provide gate access right away.
What are your rental terms?
All rentals are month-to-month, with no long-term contracts required. This gives you flexibility whether you need storage for a few weeks or several months.
How do I pay for my storage unit?
We’ll explain all available payment methods during your rental setup. Typically, tenants pay monthly, and we offer simple, no-surprise billing.
Facility Access & Security
Is the facility secure?
Yes. Our entire facility is gated with keypad entry and monitored by high-definition security cameras. Only authorized renters have access, and our staff actively monitors activity on-site.
What are your hours?
Our facility is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can access your unit on your own schedule, day or night.
Can I drive up to my unit?
Yes. Most of our non-climate-controlled units have drive-up access, making it easy to load and unload your items.
Do you sell locks or packing supplies?
Yes, we offer locks for purchase on-site, including disc and cylinder locks compatible with our units. We also carry limited packing supplies like tape, stretch wrap, and boxes, while supplies last.
